FUTO will disclose every legal order or request for user data that we receive. We take legal requests for user data very seriously and have a process for how legal requests are validated and handled by our counsel. Any relevant legal communications with governments and other organizations will be listed.

YouTube Sends Legal Warnings to Grayjay
YouTube twice warned FUTO that Grayjay violated YouTube's Terms and API policies. FUTO replied both times stating Grayjay does not use the YouTube API, is not bound by those terms, and will not take the app down. YouTube did not respond further.
