If California has burritos, Texas has tacos. You can't compete; you can't beat them. This Friday we're going to serve a taste of Texas that's close to home, as your palate will be torched by the tacos that began out of a food truck in Austin in 2006. With memorable names like the "Trailer Park," get ready to dig into barbacoa, tender chicken, and brisket, topped off with lettuce and a myriad of sauces. We aren't running for the border; we're keeping it as local as can be.
