Friday FUTO, Oct 2nd

Here in Texas, we love our brisket, we love our sausage, and we love our pork. And of course, all the extra fixin's: beans, corn, and greens. Rudy's is an Austin institution, and it's where we go when we want a heapin' plate of meat that's been put through the wringer. Slow-cooked and tenderized, with sauces on the side to make the flavor even bolder. This Friday, swing out to the FUTO space west of campus for some meats and meets; we'll be talking tech while we prepare for our Friday afternoon food coma.
