What do you get when you mix capitalism, America (the "real America") and Mexico? Well, that's what's on the menu this FUTO Friday, as we celebrate the culinary creations of the free market and consumer preferences. This might not be from the coast of Oaxaca or the rugged mountains of El Norte, but it's a unique and new fusion that has been tested by decades of Americans, young and old, imparting the flavor of Mexico in our own red-white-blue and way.
